Arctic Trucks have decades of experience in the re-engineering of the world’s most popular 4 wheel drive vehicles and so it comes as no surprise that the modified Toyota Land Cruiser is high up there in the Middle East off – road consumer wish list.
The Arctic Trucks Land Cruiser 200 is a fusion of superlative engineering, design and aesthetics. It combines the reliability and the luxury of the legendary Land Cruiser platform with the engineering expertise of Arctic Trucks to deliver the ultimate on and off road driving experience. The increased ride height
The first production of the Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Arctic Trucks AT35 took place in 1990, since which we have seen modifications for the LC100, LC200 and most recently the LC150 in 1990. Various specifications have been available from Arctic Trucks – AT33, AT35, AT36, AT38, AT44, – the differing factor being the tyre size.
The most popular in the Middle East is the LC200 AT35 specification due to it’s great off road capabilities and muscular presence. The increased ride height improves visibility all round and re-engineered suspension delivers impeccable road manners combined with outstanding off road capabilities.
Hjalti Hjaltisen, General Manager of Arctic Trucks ME speaks proudly of one of one of he’s favourite conversions “As soon as I moved to the Middle East it was evident that the larger 4×4’s were popular choices and a vibrant market for off – roading enthusiast. Our aim has been to bring adventure on wheels with top quality conversions and give customers the best experience while they drive their vehicles. The Toyota Land Cruiser AT35 does exactly that…a ride to remember and always makes off roading a little more fun.”
The Arctic Trucks story with Toyota vehicles began in the 1980’s and today we see the Land Cruiser, sitting alongside the FJ, the Prado and of course the Hilux.
